Absentee bids placed in the Live and Silent Auctions must
be received no later than 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15,
2006. Absentee bids may be faxed to Livet Reichard Company,
Inc., (212) 966-4711. Absentee bid forms may also be mailed
to Livet Reichard Company at 325 Lafayette Street, 5th Floor,
New York, NY 10012. Bids submitted by mail should be postmarked
no later than February 8, 2006 to allow for receipt prior to
6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2006. However, Livet Reichard
Company is not responsible for absentee bid forms that are lost
or delayed in the mail or not delivered to the correct address.
Successful bidders will be notified by telephone on Friday,
February 17 and Monday, February 20. Payment for successful
bids will be processed automatically in the manner specified
on the submitted Absentee Bid Form.
The purchaser is responsible for removing works from Livet Reichard
Company, Inc., 325 Lafayette, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10012
no later than 5pm on February 27, 2006. If the purchaser is
not New York-based, arrangements for shipping must be made by
the purchaser within two (2) business days of the auction. Please
