The Bush Administration intends to implement a rule change that would redefine birth control as abortion. We think most Iowans agree that this is just not true!

This rule change would have devastating effects for the women of Iowa. Family planning services would be harder to access. It would also make it easier for doctors and pharmacists to refuse to provide contraceptives.
