Campaign Expired

On May 27, the Michigan House passed Senate Bill 776. Several amendments were offered, including protections for women's health or future fertility, an exception for rape and incest, clarifying that this measure applies at 24 weeks of gestation, and protecting access to contraception. All amendments failed. The bill now goes before the governor.
