The deadline for a bill to be heard in committee has past, and HB 1096 was not heard.  Unfortunately, its spirit and intentions were amended into HB 1080 and HB 1172, which passed committee votes on 1/26/06.

It is imperative to the health and safety of the women of Indiana that we stop both of these bills.  Take action now!
