The exciting news?
On January 12th, our newly elected NYS Senate Majority Leader, Malcolm Smith, stood in front of hundreds of Planned Parenthood supporters and promised that, this year, the Reproductive Health Act will pass in the Senate.
That's a really important development. Having Majority Leader Smith's backing is crucial.
