Senate hearings on the confirmation of Samuel Alito to the Supreme Court are over. And for pro-choice Americans celebrating 33 years of Roe v. Wade this week, the verdict is in. Alito is wrong for America and his confirmation should be rejected. We have one last chance to protect the precious balance of the Supreme Court.

If confirmed, Samuel Alito, an avowed opponent of constitutional protections for a woman's right to choose, would tip the balance of the court, threatening our rights and freedoms. Send a message to your senators: Reject Alito!
