SB 500 Remove Contraception Prohibition under CHIP
Support access to contraception!
SB 500 (Kaufmann, D-Helena) simply removes the current prohibition under the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) which does not allow contraceptive dispensing to people enrolled in the program. Montana is the only state which does NOT include contraceptive coverage under its CHIP program.
