Women's Health Matters House Parties

Women's Health Matters Health Care Conversations

This month you have an unprecedented opportunity to speak up about the health care issues that matter to you and to help shape the Obama administration’s health care policies.  President-elect Obama’s nominee for secretary of health and human services, Tom Daschle, has asked Planned Parenthood and our supporters to participate in a nationwide discussion on the future of health care reform.

Through December 31, we’ll be holding house parties to gather your ideas and input and start shaping the health care debate.  This is a tremendous opportunity to partner with President-elect Obama to create new policies that will protect women’s right to comprehensive reproductive health care and expand access to health care for all.  You don’t have to be an expert, just someone who cares about the future of health care in America.

Fill out the form below to let us know you'll host a discussion.  We’ll send you with more information on reproductive health care, Planned Parenthood’s role in our health care system, a supplemental moderator and discussion guide, along with our “Women’s Health Matters’’ blueprint for health care reform. Then we'll redirect you to change.gov to sign up with the Obama transition team. *Please be sure to mention "Planned Parenthood" in your event description. This way, President-elect Obama will know we support his efforts.
