I am writing to personally thank you for putting pressure on the FDA to increase access to emergency contraception. Your leadership helped secure the FDA's recent decision to grant over-the-counter status for Plan B, and I join thousands of advocates who also played a part in this campaign in saying, "Well done."

I realize we have more work to do, since the decision only applies to women 18 and over, but this was a hard-won victory. I encourage you to continue your commitment to giving women who may face unintended pregnancies access to a full range of healthy, safe options.
