Greetings,

It is no mystery that many GLBTIQ (Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer) individuals have reservations about seeking medical care.  In order to better understand the needs of the GLBTIQ community, we would like to gather responses to a brief survey from all Hoosiers.  The responses to these survey questions will help us understand the most pressing reproductive health needs of the local GLBTIQ community and will aid in determining what Planned Parenthood can do to better accommodate these diverse needs.
