What would you do if you needed emergency contraception, but your pharmacist refused to provide it because he or she didn't "believe" in it?  Yes, it's hard to believe that something like this could happen to YOU and those you care about. But it is happening in pharmacies across the country. 
 
In an outrageous attack on women’s health and safety, a number of pharmacies have failed to adopt policies to ensure that customers can get their emergency contraception and other birth control methods without delay.

We, the undersigned, join Planned Parenthood in demanding that pharmacists dispense medication, not moral judgment. We understand that individual pharmacists may have personal biases against providing certain medications, but that should NEVER interfere with a patient's ability to get medication in a timely manner and without embarrassment.
