This Act is an important piece of legislation that will ensure access to comprehensive reproductive health care services and education for all Illinois citizens. It seeks to:
Ensure each individual has access to a full range of options in making decisions about their reproductive health care.
Reduce unintended pregnancies through comprehensive sex education.
Expand access to birth control - including emergency contraception.
Ensure that the government cannot interfere with an individual's right to have a child or to safely terminate a pregnancy.
Please join us to learn more - we'll have snacks and materials so all we need is you! We will be able to answer any questions you may have about RJAA, tell you all about our plans to get this important law passed, and how what you can do to support it!
Make a resolution this year to advocate for the reproductive health care and education services that you believe in.
