On February 28th, hundreds of Illinois residents will call on their legislators to fund Responsible Sex Education in Illinois schools. Team leaders, who receive extra training and help with recruitment, are an essential ingredient to making this a successful event. If you're committed to bringing Comprehensive Sex Education to Illinois schools, and know others who could come to Springfield to lobby their legislators, please sign up to become a team leader today.

Team Leaders -

• receive additional training from experienced lobbyists
• commit to recruiting lobby day participants from among your friends, family, and neighbors
• organize a car pool for the participants that you have personally recruited
• play a leadership role in group meetings with legislators on Feb. 28 
• take action locally (like circulating petitions, or educating friends and neighbors)

By volunteering just a few hours of your time as a team leader over the next five weeks, you can play a huge role in urging legislators to provide funding for comprehensive sex ed in Illinois schools. Passage of this legislation will make a real life difference for teens in Illinois.
