As couples everywhere prepare to celebrate Valentine's Day we hope you'll share your warm wishes with Sen. Obama who is a co-sponsor of the Prevention First Act. This is commonsense legislation that addresses the root causes of unintended pregnancy by increasing access to birth control and real sex ed.  

Send a valentine to Sen. Obama! Thank him for supporting women and healthy families on Valentine's Day.

The Prevention First Act would ensure that reliable sex education is taught in schools, would increase access to birth control, and would help Americans plan for healthy pregnancies and healthy families.

In addition to Sen. Obama, Illinois Representatives Schakowsky, Gutierrez, Emanuel, Davis, and Jackson have also signed on to Prevention First legislation.

Once you've sent your valentine to Sen. Obama, please send a "love letter" to other Illinois legislators urging them to support this bill.
