• I feel that SB 94 is very important and would ensure that low-income women and men will have access to important preventive health care services.
• Because family planning funding saves the state money, SB 94 is a wise fiscal investment. The cost of doing something, with SB 94, is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the cost of doing nothing.
