After two long years of incredibly collaborative work, we have finally passed the language needed to restore affordable birth control!!
Yesterday, the Senate passed the FY09 Omnibus Appropriations Act (HR 1105), which – among other things – includes the language to once again permit pharmaceutical companies to offer nominally priced drugs to all Planned Parenthood health centers, as well as other family planning clinics and college- and university-based health centers!
