Research tells us that people who have accurate information about birth control are more likely to use it. In this training, participants will learn the basics of birth control methods, including those new to the market. At the end of the training, participants will be able to describe how birth control works, including the effectiveness, advantages, and disadvantages of each method; educate clients about their birth control options; and tell clients how to access sexual and reproductive health services.
