Dr. Rachael Phelps
Associate Medical Director
Planned Parenthood of the
Rochester/Syracuse Region

Dr. Phelps lectures nationally about prevention of
unplanned pregnancy and reproductive health care
access.  She has served on expert advisory
committees for the National Campaign to Prevent
Teen and Unplanned Pregnacy and the
Association of Reporductive Health Professionals. 
Dr. Phelps is also a member of Planned
Parenthood Federation of America's
National Medical Committee.

Dr. Phelps received her medical degree from
The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and
completed a residency in Pediatrics at the
University of Rochester.
