In Control (“Roc City’s Most Official Teen Program”) invites you to an evening of film and discussion, Wednesday, October 29 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm at the Little Theatre, 240 East Avenue in Rochester.
We will be showing 3 short subject films and several television PSA spots created by teen program participants.There will be a panel discussion with the filmmakers following the viewing.
The 3 films, Gang Related, Fam or Fame, and Unwanted explore some of the difficult issues the teenagers grapple with every day.We hope you will join us for this very special event.
In Control is a youth empowerment program that strives to meet the educational, physical, and emotional needs of inner city adolescents, in a warm, positive, and supportive atmosphere. We meet kids where they’re at.In Control is a collaboration of Planned Parenthood of the Rochester/Syracuse Region and Baden Street Settlement.
