Colorado Live Action Camp: From Grassroots to Victory!

Get Informed ... Get Inspired ... Get Out the Vote!

Our Live Action Camp is a day-long event to engage activists in phone banking, visibility events, viral marketing, canvassing and petitioning. This offers a unique opportunity to create a meaningful impact in our community as an informed activist supporting women’s health and reproductive rights! Invest one day, and you'll leave with skills that will help you be a better advocate for women's health and other community causes:

Street visibility: Be part of a targeted, message-driven group visibility initiative to raise awareness of and defeat Amendment 48.

Phone banking: Get comfortable making effective, efficient phone calls to share information and inspire fellow constituents to action.

Canvassing: Initiate one-on-one conversations on election issues with voters in a given neighborhood.

Petitioning: Mobilize pro-choice voters to go to the polls this November.        

Viral marketing: Learn the ins and outs of making your voice heard online through social networking sites, commenting on news stories and blogs, reviewing pertinent videos, and more.

Planned Parenthood will provide t-shirts, all materials and meals for the day.
