Greetings,
I would like to introduce myself as your new Community Outreach Coordinator. I am extremely excited to join Planned Parenthood of the Texas Capital Region, and I look forward to meeting and working with all of you.
As I familiarize myself with this new position, I wanted to share with you a list of our upcoming volunteer events and opportunities. Our volunteers are crucial to our success, so please let me know if you are interested in any of these opportunities to promote our efforts. Thank you in advance!
VOLUNTEER EVENTS October Volunteer Orientation for New Volunteers Thursday, October 8th, 10:00 am - 11:30 am OR 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm Planned Parenthood Administrative Office, 201 E. Ben White Blvd, Austin, TX All new volunteers must attend a volunteer orientation to learn about Planned Parenthood's history, mission, policies, and procedures. Both the morning and evening sessions will cover the same content, so please RSVP for the time that is most convenient for you. Light refreshments will be provided. Leaders Summit gathers residents of 15 Austin communities to
focus on parental involvement in education with guest speakers,
breakout sessions, resources, and information. We will have a
