Sen. Obama has earned a 100 percent rating on women's health issues from the Planned Parenthood Action Fund during his tenure in Congress. Sen. McCain has consistently voted against women’s health and reproductive freedom throughout his career, earning him a zero percent rating from the Planned Parenthood Action Fund.
