Very often, candidates do not give the public all the information they need to make informed decisions on Election Day, and many anti-choice candidates try to hide their true agendas until after the election |
To combat this, Planned Parenthood Action Fund provides voters with information about where their congressional candidates stand on reproductive health issues.
The 2004 Planned Parenthood Action Fund Voter Guide is a compilation of confidential responses to our federal candidate questionnaire, public statements made by the candidate, and/or past voting records, where applicable. | |

| Voter Guide Key:
PRO - Pro-choice. The candidate's position on reproductive health is consistent with the mission of Planned Parenthood Action Fund.
MIXED - The candidate supports restrictions on a woman's reproductive health options.
ANTI - Anti-choice. The candidate is opposed to a woman's right to choose and supports major restrictions on a woman's reproductive health options.
REFUSED - The candidate refused to return the Action Fund questionnaire, despite efforts to obtain her/his position on issues of crucial importance to women and their families regarding reproductive health care.
NO INFO - The candidate did not return a questionnaire to the Action Fund. | | | |
