This year we face one of the most important elections of the last several decades. The Planned Parenthood Action Fund’s One Million Strong Campaign will identify and bring to the polls one million new pro-family planning, pro-choice supporters across the country in 2008.

Please help make it happen by joining us on Monday, June 2, at the Prince George Ballroom in New York City. We’ll gather for cocktails and conversation with some of the country’s top political leaders and celebrities.

The party will benefit the Planned Parenthood Action Fund (the advocacy and political arm of Planned Parenthood Federation of America) and Planned Parenthood Advocates of New York (PPANY). PPANY members — Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic Action Fund, Planned Parenthood of New York City Action Fund, and Planned Parenthood of Nassau County Action Fund — are joining forces with the Planned Parenthood Action Fund to help New York and other states across the country elect pro-choice leaders to the U.S. Senate, U.S. House, and state legislatures in this historic election cycle.

In every state, we will connect with the energetic, committed people out there who want to

  • elect a pro-choice president
  • win key U.S. Senate and House and state legislative seats in New York State and around the country
  • pass pro-family planning, pro-choice laws and policies
  • defeat anti-choice ballot initiatives

We hope you will join us!

The Planned Parenthood Action Fund exists to ensure that elected officials support policies and programs that help women and their families make responsible choices about family planning and reproductive health.
