Reproductive health is at the core of women's health and yet is often politicized, marginalized and overlooked.  While the details around health care reform are debated in Congress and women's health care access hangs in the balance, Professor Alta Charo, a leading American authority on bioethics, will explore the integration of reproductive health into our national health care policy during Planned Parenthood's annual luncheon. According to Charo, women have a lot at stake.  More often then men, women are the patients as well as the caregivers.  Women's reproductive health is an essential, not a discretionary part, of health care overall.

Join us to hear Professor Charo as well as to honor Dr. Dennis Christensen for his commitment to women's health care.
